Pongpat Suksomjit

Pongpat Suksomjit is a highly versatile trombonist and educator, frequently performing alongside renowned artists across jazz, pop, musical theatre, and classical genres. He currently serves as a trombone instructor at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University. As an active performer, Pongpat is a member of The SwingKings—a premier jazz and variety big band based in Bangkok—as well as the Laithai Orchestra and the Isan Trombone Quartet. A dedicated educator, he is regularly invited by high schools, universities, and music festivals to conduct masterclasses and provide brass instruction for school orchestras.
